Job Summary
V8 Realtors is seeking a skilled Real Estate Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality property and brand videos. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reel shooting, video editing, and real estate content production. The company will provide content direction and concepts, while the candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional property videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Capture property highlights, project updates, client testimonials, and company events.
- Add transitions, captions, music, effects, and branding elements as required.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute approved content ideas.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques and editing software.
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Must own and bring the necessary equipment, including:
- Laptop suitable for video editing
- Camera/DSLR/Mirrorless Camera
- Gimbal/Stabilizer
- Other required shooting accessories
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous real estate video projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,412.10 - ₹30,449.29 per month
