Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive with IATA knowledge to handle domestic and international travel bookings, generate sales, and provide excellent travel solutions to clients. The candidate should have experience in airline ticketing, itinerary planning, and GDS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings
- Manage travel inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide visa, hotel, insurance, and travel advisory support
- Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors
- Resolve customer complaints and travel-related issues
- Maintain client database and follow-up for repeat business
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of IATA rules and fare calculations
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Proficiency in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
- Good knowledge of international destinations and visa processes
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in travel agency or tour operations
- Existing client network is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
