Academic Scope
- Boards: CBSE, ICSE, and State Board.
- Primary & Secondary (Classes I - X): Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology),
- Higher Secondary (Classes XI & XII): * Science Stream: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology
- Commerce Stream: Business Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the specific requirements of CBSE, ICSE, or State Board syllabi.
- Concept Mastery: Focus on building strong foundational concepts rather than rote learning, especially for core subjects like Math and Science.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare and conduct regular chapter-wise tests and mock board exams to track student performance.
- Personalized Mentoring: Identify individual student learning gaps and provide remedial support to help them improve their grades.
- Parent Communication: Maintain a professional relationship with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and behavior.
- Exam Preparation: For Classes X and XII, focus on time management and solving previous years' question papers.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in the relevant subject.
- Experience: Experienced professionals or Freshers with a strong academic record and teaching flair.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, deep subject knowledge, and a patient, child-friendly approach.
