VilvaTech Smart Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and technically inclined candidates for the role of Solutions Engineer. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of understanding customer requirements to provide suitable technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Prepare technical documents and solution proposals.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support customers when required

- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge of IoT, automation, networking, or smart solutions is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
