Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource operations for our Trading & FMCG business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration. The candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, warehouse, sales, and field staff.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, and salary negotiations.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Update HRMS and employee database.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities during inspections.
Performance Management
- Support annual performance appraisal and KPI evaluation.
- Assist department heads in employee performance reviews.
- Track employee probation and confirmation timelines.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Promote a positive and professional work culture.
- Support disciplinary actions as per company policies.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and employee skill development plans.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and SOPs.
- Keep updated with labour laws and regulatory changes.
- Assist management in policy development and implementation.
- Ensure legal compliance during audits and inspections.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process full and final settlements in coordination with the Accounts department.
- Maintain employee exit records and analyse attrition trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), MSW, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Trading, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
