Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
- Expertise in customizing service now tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
- Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps
- Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
- Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
- Good background knowledge of hosting services (both cloud and on-perm)
- Clear concepts of compute workloads in physical, virtual and cloud environment
- Some knowledge of Unix based Operating System and monitoring tools.
- Good background knowledge of data networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching and interconnects). Also, TCP/IP model and network layer.
