- Counsellors must never provide false, misleading, or unverified information to students.
- Do not make promises regarding admission, visa approval, scholarships, jobs, or immigration outcomes.
- Student requirements must be properly understood before recommending a course or university.
- Counsellors are responsible for maintaining proper follow-ups with assigned students.
