Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and secure the factory premises, offices, warehouses, and entry/exit gates.
- Supervise and coordinate security guards on all shifts.
- Implement and enforce company security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
- Verify visitor entries, employee movements, and vehicle access.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, including fire, medical emergencies, and evacuation procedures.
- Liaise with local police, fire services, and other government agencies when required.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of visitor registers, gate passes, and material movement records
