Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key performance metrics.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Support the preparation of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
