Scaler is hiring for the role of Marketing Associate in Bangalore (Work From Office). We’re looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, or Performance Marketing who are excited to work in a fast-paced startup/EdTech environment.
In this role, you’ll work on high-impact Email, WhatsApp, and In-App campaigns, drive engagement and conversions, experiment with A/B testing and personalization, and work closely with tools like WebEngage, Karix, and Gupshup. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Location: Bangalore (WFO)
- CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
