Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, employee records, attendance, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of payroll management, labor laws, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Generate salary slips and maintain payroll records.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll-related activities.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Process leave applications and leave balances.
- Monitor employee absenteeism and attendance irregularities.
HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee database and HRMS records.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and Labour compliance.
- Familiarity with PF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
