Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
Select, curate, and manage a comprehensive range of Facility Management products including cleaning chemicals, hygiene solutions, tools, consumables, safety supplies, and maintenance equipment aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
Vendor Management:
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong supplier partnerships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure consistent product availability with timely deliveries.
Market Analysis:
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and customer buying behavior to optimize category performance and identify new product opportunities.
Pricing & Promotion:
Develop competitive pricing strategies, bundle offers, and promotional plans to drive category sales and improve margins.
Inventory & Demand Planning:
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with operations to ensure optimal inventory turnover and minimal stock-outs.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Category Management Experience: Prior experience managing Facility Management, Cleaning, Hygiene, or Maintenance product categories
Product Assortment Planning: Ability to build relevant product portfolios for B2B and institutional customers
Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation for sales trends, margins, and demand forecasting
Communication Skills: Effective coordination with vendors, internal teams, and clients
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to secure favorable commercial terms
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Promotional Planning: Experience designing offers and campaigns to increase category performance
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of housekeeping, facility operations, hygiene compliance, and safety standards
