Role Summary:
As an Architectural / Interior Draftsman you will be responsible for translating design concepts into accurate, detailed, and coordinated drawings for execution. The role focuses on precision, technical clarity, and consistency across all documentation stages. You will work closely with architects and designers to ensure drawings are buildable, aligned, and ready for site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
- Develop design development (DD) and construction drawings (GFC) with high accuracy
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, line weights, annotations, and formatting consistency
- Detail Development
- Produce detailed drawings for furniture, civil work, ceilings, flooring, and wall treatments
- Resolve basic detailing challenges related to materials, finishes, and junctions
- Ensure drawings are practical, buildable, and aligned with site realities
- Coordination
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, interior, MEP, and structural inputs
- Update drawings based on design changes, consultant inputs, and site feedback
- Track revisions and maintain version control across drawing sets
- Site & Execution Support
- Support site teams with drawings, clarifications, and quick revisions
- Assist in resolving on-site discrepancies through drawing updates
- Ensure issued drawings reflect actual execution requirements
- Documentation Discipline
- Maintain organised file structures and drawing records
- Ensure all drawings are updated, labelled, and issued correctly
- Follow company drafting standards and documentation protocols
Key Skills:
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Ability to produce:
- GFC drawings
- Interior detailing
- Furniture & joinery drawings
Knowledge
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination and site execution
- Familiarity with drawing standards and industry practices
Professional Skills
- Good communication and clarity in understanding instructions
- Ability to manage multiple drawing packages
- Strong file organization and documentation discipline
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as an architectural/interior draftsman
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Autocad or related field
- Experience working on residential, retail, or commercial projects preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
