Job Description - ServiceNow ITOM Technical executive (Event Management)
Role Overview
Looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical expert with experience in Event Management, Observability, Discovery, Service Mapping and ServiceNow ACC to support enterprise monitoring and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management platform.
Configure event rules, alert correlation, alert suppression and automation workflows.
Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
Support ServiceNow ACC, Discovery, MID Servers and Service Mapping.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring incidents.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application and network teams.
Drive alert noise reduction and observability improvements.
Maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
