Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Respond to online inquiries (website, WhatsApp, social media, email)
- Explain internet/broadband plans and offers to customers
- Convert digital leads into sales
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams
