Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling contractor payments, maintaining project-wise accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Handle project-wise accounting and cost tracking.
- Prepare and process contractor and vendor payments.
- Manage purchase entries, bills verification, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and budget analysis.
- Support during internal and external audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (Construction industry preferred).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation rules.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of project billing and contractor payments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Experience in handling construction project accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple site accounts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
