Job Title: MEP Head

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned MEP Head with 15+ years of experience in real estate to lead MEP functions for our luxury high-rise projects. The candidate must be strong in design checking and capable of leading large execution teams on site.
- Lead end-to-end MEP works – design, planning, execution, and handover for high-rise residential towers.
- Strong expertise in design review and checking of MEP drawings, schematics, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Lead and manage the MEP execution team including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, facade, and other consultants for seamless integration of services.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, local authority norms, and green building standards.
- Drive value engineering, cost control, and standardization across projects.
- Liaise with MEP consultants, vendors, and government bodies for approvals and NOCs.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure smooth commissioning & handover to facilities.
- B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP, with strong real estate background.
- Must have handled high-rise residential projects, preferably 40+ floors.
- Proven capability in design checking and leading execution teams on large-scale sites.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, IBMS, and vertical transportation systems.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Project:
- Will be leading MEP for Palais Royale, South Mumbai – a 70-storey ultra-luxury residential tower.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
