Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic/hospital software.
Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
Register new patients, update patient records, and verify insurance or payment details.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff for smooth patient flow.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk/reception area.
Collect consultation fees, generate receipts, and maintain billing records.
Handle patient complaints and resolve minor issues or escalate appropriately.
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing medical records and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies.
