### **JOB SUMMARY**
The **AGM – Sales** is responsible for leading, governing, and driving the complete business generation and customer lifecycle functions for our key project in Khopoli. Operating from our corporate office in Navi Mumbai, this role spans across Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Presales, Post-sales, Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the incumbent will drive strategic revenue growth, operational excellence, customer experience, process governance, and organizational effectiveness. You will ensure perfect alignment between lead generation, sales conversion, collections, branding, and customer servicing while building a high-performing and process-driven organization.
### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Revenue & Sales Strategy:** Own and drive overall business revenue, conversion, and growth objectives for the Khopoli project across all sales channels. Develop and execute integrated business strategies spanning Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Presales, and Digital Marketing.
* **Conversion & Funnel Management:** Monitor business performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to drive strategic decision-making. Drive consistent improvement in site visit-to-booking conversion and booking-to-agreement conversion.
* **Presales & Lead Governance:** Oversee lead generation efficiency and lead-to-site visit conversion. Ensure robust CRM governance, high lead tracking accuracy, and strict process adherence across presales operations.
* **Channel Partner Ecosystem:** Strengthen and scale the channel partner network in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas for the Khopoli project through structured engagement and governance frameworks.
