About the Role
Ninja Media Creations is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in inside sales or B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable advertising and media solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and inside sales.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Tele Sales.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Ad Sales will be an added advantage.
