Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability at all times.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and cycle counts.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory and report discrepancies.
Receiving & Storage
- Receive goods as per approved purchase orders and verify quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Ensure all deliveries are supported by proper documentation.
- Store materials according to company standards, food safety guidelines, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain proper labeling and segregation of inventory items.
Issuance & Distribution
- Issue materials to kitchen and operational departments based on authorized requisitions.
- Ensure timely distribution of goods to avoid operational disruptions.
- Maintain records of all stock issues and departmental consumption.
Documentation & Reporting
- Update inventory records in ERP/software systems and maintain physical registers where required.
- Prepare daily stock reports, consumption reports, variance reports, and inventory summaries.
- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for invoice verification and stock reconciliation.
Compliance & Control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain proper temperature-controlled storage where applicable.
- Investigate stock variances and report any shortages, damages, or losses.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and inventory records.
Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, kitchen, production, and finance teams.
- Coordinate with vendors during deliveries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist management in inventory planning and forecasting.
Pay: ₹10,806.23 - ₹23,000.00 per month
