JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, detail-driven Technical Director to join our Bengaluru Broadcast Control Center. You’ll be at the helm of high-profile live and virtual productions, collaborating with global teams and senior leaders to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage production equipment, including cameras, video switchers, lighting, and audio systems
Lead the technical execution of live and recorded events using Microsoft Teams, video conferencing units and global studios
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders from concept through delivery
Translate creative concepts into engaging broadcast experiences
Work independently in high-pressure production environments
Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance production capabilities
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and production teams
Own projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Media, Communications, Video Production, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in live broadcast or studio production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience working with professional production equipment, including cameras and lighting
Solid understanding of live and recorded video production techniques and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client service mindset and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with broadcast switchers (e.g., Ross Video), audio mixers and signal routing
Familiarity with digital video formats and video streaming platforms
A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
Experience with professional cameras (e.g. Canon C300 or similar)
Field production experience, including planning and execution
Ability to direct on-camera talent and manage production environments
Technical troubleshooting capability across broadcast infrastructure and production systems
