We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to support business growth and referral development. The role involves field marketing, relationship building, and identifying new business opportunities within the healthcare/service sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will identify new business and referral opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other referral partners, conduct regular field visits and follow-ups, achieve assigned monthly targets, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, prepare daily and monthly performance reports, and support promotional and marketing activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates should have 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or sales. Graduation in any discipline is preferred. The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to work in the field, basic computer knowledge, and a result-oriented mindset. Experience in healthcare or service industry marketing will be an added advantage.
