Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design and implement dance lesson plans aligned with school standards (e.g., CBSE), covering various styles such as classical, contemporary, folk, or western.
- Choreography & Performance: Create, choreograph, and rehearse routines for school assemblies, annual functions, talent shows, and community events.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and document students’ progress, assessing skills like posture, rhythm, coordination, and expression, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment, ensuring students properly warm up and cool down to prevent injuries.
- Mentorship & Promotion: Foster a passion for dance, boosting student confidence and teamwork through movement.
- Administrative Duties: Organize costumes, props, and audio for performances, and collaborate with staff on interdisciplinary projects. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Pay: ₹20,000.18 - ₹28,000.00 per month
