Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
