The Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, coordinating delivery activities, managing dependencies across teams, and helping engineering teams achieve predictable and high-quality software delivery.
This role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation and requires strong delivery management capabilities, stakeholder communication, risk management, and experience working with distributed engineering teams.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of product roadmaps.

A Blocks Nexus is building EnsureInsured, a blockchain-powered insurance verification and enforcement ecosystem designed to modernize insurance compliance, fraud prevention, policy verification, and regulatory enforcement through secure digital infrastructure.

As we scale our engineering organization, we are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to help coordinate delivery across multiple teams and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery Management
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile best practices are consistently applied across teams.
- Track sprint progress and team velocity.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Drive delivery predictability and execution excellence.
Project & Program Coordination
- Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Track dependencies and identify delivery risks.
- Escalate blockers and coordinate resolutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare delivery reports and progress updates.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and engineering execution.
- Support planning sessions and roadmap discussions.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor delivery health and project metrics.
- Manage issue resolution processes.
- Support release planning and deployment coordination.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate team processes and workflows.
- Introduce tools and practices that improve productivity.
- Support Agile maturity across the organization.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
AI-Enabled Delivery Operations
- Encourage adoption of AI-powered development and productivity tools.
- Help teams integrate AI-assisted workflows into engineering processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through automation and AI technologies.
- Monitor productivity improvements driven by AI-assisted software development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams or programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working on blockchain, fintech, insurtech, govtech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience coordinating cloud-native engineering teams.
- Understanding of software architecture and SDLC processes.
- Familiarity with Hyperledger Fabric ecosystems.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
AI-First Delivery Culture
