*About Us:*
Black Oak is a bespoke luxury atelier specializing in Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Luxury Furniture. We work with Architects, Builders, and HNI clients delivering Italian design with Indian craftsmanship.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Design & Planning:* Create 2D layouts and high-quality 3D designs for modular kitchens & wardrobes as per client requirements and site measurements.
2. *Client Consultation:* Understand client needs, lifestyle, and budget. Present designs, materials, and accessories with expert consultation.
3. *Software Proficiency:* Must be expert in *SketchUp / 3DS Max / AutoCAD / KitchenDraw / Planner*. Rendering skills are a must.
4. *Site Measurement:* Visit client sites for accurate measurement and feasibility check with the execution team.
5. *BoQ & Costing:* Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ), quotations, and material specifications.
6. *Coordination:* Coordinate with factory, execution team, and vendors for smooth installation.
7. *Sales Closure:* Convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Experience in showroom sales is a plus.
*Required Skills:*
- Proven experience as a Modular Kitchen Designer
- Expert in 3D Design & Rendering - SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of materials, hardware (Hettich, Hafele, Blum), shutters, finishes
- Excellent communication & client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Portfolio of previous kitchen/wardrobe designs is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
