We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage online product listing, cataloguing, product identification, and coordination with the supply chain team. The role involves preparing accurate product information for online platforms, optimizing listings, ensuring stock availability, and collaborating with suppliers to support smooth operations and timely delivery. This position would be based out of Vrindavan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Identification & Cataloguing
- Identify product types, sizes, specifications, and variants.
- Create and maintain structured product catalogues with accurate technical details.
- Assign SKU / Item codes / product IDs for structured inventory tracking.
- Maintain master data sheets for all listed products.
2. Online Listing & Content Management
- Prepare product listings for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, IndiaMART, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.).
- Upload product details (title, description, images, pricing, specifications).
- Ensure product pages follow SEO-friendly formats and marketplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with photographer/graphic team for high-quality product images.
3. Supply Chain Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouse team for stock status.
- Track stock availability and update listings accordingly.
- Coordinate order flow from listing to dispatch.
- Help build sourcing strategy and input on product selection based on demand.
4. Quality Check & Listing Optimization
- Regular audit of product listings for accuracy, pricing, and content.
- Analyse product performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain updated Excel / MIS reports for listing and stock movement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
