Job Description
We are hiring a Commis I (Chinese Cuisine) with experience in preparing authentic Chinese dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese starters, noodles, fried rice, gravies, and appetizers.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Ensure proper food storage.
Requirements
- Experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Good knife skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene.
- Team player.
