Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Build brand awareness across digital and traditional platforms.
- Generate qualified B2B leads to support the sales team.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Manage website content and optimize online presence.
- Coordinate product launches, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and customer engagement events.
- Lead PR activities and corporate communications.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams for marketing initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, designers, photographers, and vendors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
