About BestDrive
BestDrive is looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns that drive leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals, including lead generation, website conversions, app installs, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and placements.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking for accurate attribution.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with website, SEO, and content teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
Required Skills
- 3–6+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Commerce Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in campaign budgeting, bid strategies, and performance analysis.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience managing campaigns for automotive, retail, e-commerce, or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
