About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while providing exposure to end-to-end HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview schedules and follow-up communications.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation and employee records.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or any relevant HR-related qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Keen interest in HR Operations and Recruitment.
