We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their career in business development and sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
