Job Description
We are hiring dynamic, results-oriented professionals for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development are preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing
- Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
