About the Role
Ambereen Curtains is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage showroom sales, handle premium customers, and contribute to the company's sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, fabric options, designs, pricing, and services.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Management.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and maximize order conversions.
- Coordinate with the Measurement, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and sample collections.
- Generate referrals and encourage customers to provide Google Reviews.
- Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and sales updates to the Reporting Manager.
- Support and guide junior sales executives whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/showroom sales.
- Experience in curtains, blinds, home furnishing, interiors, furniture, or building materials is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle premium customers confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. English communication will be an added advantage.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
