We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR professional to join our team at Rishs International School. The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the school’s human resources functions, including recruitment, training and development, payroll, attendance management, and policy creation and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for academic and non-academic positions.
- Develop and post job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain and update the school’s applicant tracking system.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and create professional development programs for faculty and staff.
- Organize and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Design workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Payroll & Attendance:
- Oversee and manage payroll processing using relevant tools (e.g., Greytip, Saral).
- Track and ensure accurate attendance records for all staff members.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
Policy Creation & Execution:
- Develop, review, and update school HR policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to HR policies across all departments.
- Handle employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
HR Operations:
- Manage employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Support the management with workforce planning, budget forecasting, and strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational or academic environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and attendance management tools.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and operational HR within a school or educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
