Job Summary
We are hiring for **International Customer Service & Sales** profiles for our US process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling international customers, resolving their queries, providing appropriate solutions, and identifying sales opportunities.
This position requires candidates who are comfortable working in a **US night shift** and have good English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through international voice process.
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
* Identify and convert sales opportunities during customer interactions.
* Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
* Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.
Eligibility Criteria
* **HSC:** Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
* **Graduates:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
* Candidates must have **excellent spoken English and good communication skills**.
* Prior experience in **International Customer Service / International Sales / Inbound Voice Process / Outbound Sales** will be preferred.
* Candidates should be comfortable working in a **US night shift**.
* Candidates must be willing to work from the **Airoli, Navi Mumbai** location.
Salary is - 26,000 + monthly incentives 2750 + 1750 monthly travel allowance
Shift & Transportation
* **US Shift – Night Shift**
Day shift is NOT available.
* **One-way cab facility** will be provided.
* For the other direction, a **monthly travel allowance** will be provided.
