Job Title: TPA Coordinator (Hospital Mediclaim Processing & Patient Counselling)
We are hiring a TPA Coordinator for our hospital to manage all mediclaim and insurance processing activities efficiently. The candidate should also possess strong patient counselling and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end TPA/mediclaim processing for admitted patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and claim settlements
- Prepare and maintain required documentation accurately
- Assist patients and relatives with insurance-related queries and procedures
- Provide effective patient counselling regarding treatment estimates, approvals, and claim status
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, billing, and insurance departments
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital TPA/mediclaim handling preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient counselling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
