Job Description: Sales Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales through calls. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound sales inquiries
- Explain products/services and close sales
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification:
- 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary:
- Fixed salary + incentives

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
