Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through multiple channels.
- Understand client requirements and proactively address their needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our existing services and stay updated on new offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospects with the sales team.
- Track KPIs and maintain performance reports.
- Manage the marketing pipeline, CRM, and regularly update project management tools.

Job Type
Full-time | In-house (Day Shift) + Work From Home (Night Shift)
Working Hours
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (In-office), 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Work From Home)(not compulsory, candidate can choose)
Qualifications
- Strong English proficiency (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
- Basic understanding of marketing/PR industry standards
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities Laptop (preferred)
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Good organisational skills
- Confident and charismatic personality
