An ITI Fitter's job involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems using hand and power tools. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, ensuring proper fit and alignment of components, performing routine maintenance to prevent failures, troubleshooting and fixing machinery, and adhering strictly to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Installation: Constructing and joining structural components and installing machinery according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine maintenance and performing repairs on mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Inspection: Conducting regular inspections of equipment to verify size, quality, and compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Reading Technical Documents: Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide assembly and installation work.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, and assembly of metal parts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety rules, accident prevention regulations, and environmental protection stipulations while performing tasks.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and rectifying errors or malfunctions in equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Documentation: Recording and reporting work progress and any issues encountered during maintenance and repair activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Tool Operation: Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
