Field Engineer – INFONET Comm Enterprises Roles & Responsibilities (Junior & Senior)
- Install fiber broadband, routers, ONU/ONT at customer locations.
- Configure WiFi routers & ensure proper signal levels.
- Attend to customer complaints (low speed, no connectivity, device issues).
- Perform fiber splicing, jointing & last-mile rectification.
- Coordinate with NOC for backend issues & outages.
- Provide clear communication and support to customers.
- Follow safety standards and ensure quality installation.
Skills Required
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
- Fiber optics knowledge (added advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting & customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Fresher or Experienced can apply.
- Two-wheeler + valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willing to travel for field visits.
