- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, Email, Social) and offline channels.
- Strategy Implementation: Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales targets and brand identity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign ROI, and provide actionable insights to management to drive continuous improvement.
- Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and ad copy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead nurturing.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff or freelancers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms like HubSpot/Salesforce, CMS like WordPress, and Meta/Google Ads).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and perform competitor analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
