About the Role:
We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at Medibridge Diagnostic, Biharsharif. Your primary role will be to visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals to promote our diagnostic services and build strong professional relationships. This is a field-based job, and you will be responsible for generating business from your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, physicians, compounders, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote Medibridge Diagnostic services.
- Build and maintain good professional relationships with referring doctors and clinic staff.
- Achieve monthly sales/business targets as assigned by the management.
- Provide accurate information about our diagnostic tests, packages, and services to healthcare providers.
- Collect patient referrals and ensure smooth coordination between the centre and referring doctors.
- Keep track of competitor activities and share market feedback with the management.
- Submit daily visit reports and work activity updates on time.
- Assist in organizing health camps, CMEs, and other promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A., B.B.A., or any other graduation).
- Preferred Qualification: B.Sc. (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences), B.Pharma, D.Pharma, or any degree in Pharmacy/Science stream will be given preference.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a field sales role will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily field visits.
- Language: Must be fluent in Hindi and have working knowledge of English. Knowledge of the local language is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Local Candidate: Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Biharsharif or nearby areas, as they will have better local market knowledge and connectivity.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
