- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, lift, and other consultants.
- Track drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals.
- Identify and resolve design clashes before construction.
- Conduct coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
- Manage RFIs and obtain timely technical clarifications.
- Ensure the site always works with the latest approved drawings.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Maintain drawing registers, RFI logs, and design documentation.
- Coordinate design changes and communicate revisions to all stakeholders.
- Monitor consultant deliverables to ensure construction is not delayed.
- Visit the site to resolve design-related issues.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
