What You’ll Do
- Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and copy that actually sound like a human wrote them.
- Design posts, carousels, reels covers, and stories on Canva (and any other tool you can bend to your will).
- Help plan and ship our monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and friends.
- Schedule posts, watch the metrics, and tell us what’s working (and what’s flopping).
- Hunt down trends, formats, and competitor moves before everyone else does.
- Reply to DMs and comments without sounding like a customer service bot.
What You Bring
- A degree (or nearly one) in Marketing, Mass Comm, English, Design, or anything that taught you to write and think.
- Sharp writing — you can swing between witty, warm, and professional without breaking a sweat.
- Canva fluency. Bonus points for CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express.
- A real understanding of how Instagram and LinkedIn work — algorithms, formats, vibes.
- Initiative, ideas, and the ability to take feedback without taking it personally.
- 0–1 years of experience. Class projects, freelance gigs, or a personal page that pops all count.
