key responsibility
lead daily coffee bar operations
prepare espresso, manual brews, and signature beverages to brand standards
dial in espresso and calibrate grinders
train and mentor baristas
maintain beverage consistency and sops
manage coffee inventory and minimize wastage
ensure equipment maintenance, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
experience must be 2-5 years of specialty coffee and strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, latte art , and manual brewing
