ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior installation and execution across multiple project locations.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating with production and project teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time as per approved drawings and specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise interior installation and execution at multiple project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, installers, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved 2D drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with the factory, production, dispatch, and project teams for material and installation requirements.
- Check site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Identify and resolve site-level execution and installation issues.
- Ensure proper quality and finishing standards are maintained at every site.
- Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors when required.
- Manage and guide site installation teams and ensure proper work allocation.
- Maintain site photographs, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and finishing of modular furniture and interior components.
- Conduct regular site visits and travel to multiple project locations based on project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
