About the Role
Extreme Heights is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality real estate videos, property walkthroughs, promotional content, social media reels, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling and experience creating engaging content that drives audience engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit real estate property walkthrough videos, project showcases, drone footage, and promotional advertisements.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertisements.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual enhancements.
- Perform color correction and audio optimization to maintain professional-quality output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, sales team, and on-site videographers to create impactful content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple editing projects and deliver content within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience editing real estate, architectural, lifestyle, or promotional videos.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the shoot team for real estate property shoots and site visits.
- Edit drone footage, property tours, amenities videos, and client testimonial videos.
- Create marketing videos highlighting project USPs, location advantages, and lifestyle features.
- Support content creation for digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with drone footage editing.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with social media content strategies and current video trends.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
