Export Manager – Flexible Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Drive export sales and business development for flexible packaging across the USA and other international markets
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and strategic partners to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, order closure, and account management
- Build strong relationships with packaging buyers across FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, and industrial sectors
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development events
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and company KPIs
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in international sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry
- Proven experience selling flexible packaging products in the USA and other global markets
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging products, applications, and export procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
